Registration Fee:
The registration fee of $120.00 must be received by December 8, 2008.You may pay by check, money order or on-line at this web site by credit card. The fee includes all educational materials, rental of facilities, and instructor fees. Due to copyright and continuing education requirements, each person must have their own set of materials this year. |

Refunds:
NOTE: Registrations may be cancelled for a full refund until midnight of the registration deadline of the selected school for which you are registered. After that date, a service fee of $50 will be assessed. Fees will not be refunded after the beginning of the school for which you are registered. All requests must be made in writing. The Ohio State University is not responsible for costs incurred due to cancellation. |
